Role Overview

Assist the General Manager with daily operations, ensuring all departments operate according to PADEL39 standards. Lead event execution, supervise the Front Desk team, and continuously improve club operations.

What You Will Do

Complete daily operational walkthroughs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions. Lead event execution, including creating event timelines and run-of-show documents, coordinating vendors, and supervising event setup and breakdown.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends during events
