Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager, you will lead a team of exceptional individuals, focusing on serving and educating customers about our products, highlighting health benefits, and fostering a positive environment. You will work in a fast-paced, yet intimate, experience-driven environment.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibilities will include leading by example, delivering outstanding customer service, motivating team members, collaborating with the General Manager, and upholding strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in customer service and 2+ years of managerial experience in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer service in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry.
• 2+ years of proven managerial experience in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification required.
• Must be able to frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus.
