Role OverviewThe Assistant General Manager will oversee the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and procedures. What You Will Do
The Assistant General Manager will perform various duties, including opening and closing restaurant shifts, monitoring alcohol beverage service, and handling guest problems and complaints. They will also supervise daily shift operations, communicate with the Chef and Restaurant General Manager, and ensure all employees have proper supplies and equipment.
