Role OverviewThe Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in ensuring guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel. This includes supervising operating departments, focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and employee development.

The main responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager will include supervising and supporting various hotel departments, communicating with department heads, and ensuring compliance with hotel standards and regulations. The role also involves participating in sales efforts, developing managerial and hourly employees, and creating a positive team-oriented environment.

Requirements

- Previous supervisory experience required
