Reports to the General Manager. The role involves direct car wash operations, customer service, inventory management, and team development.
What You Will Do
Direct cars into the wash tunnels, perform visual inspections, clean the facility, monitor inventory, ensure safety protocols, address customer escalations, and assist with recruiting and motivating teams.

Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of car wash experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Moderate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
