Role OverviewAssists the General Manager with the overall management of the community, including personnel management, strategic planning, financial management, risk management, and customer service. The role involves managing high-quality on-site staff, maintaining product knowledge of the community and competitive communities, and promoting resident retention through excellent customer service.
What You Will Do
Main day-to-day responsibilities include managing on-site staff, performing apartment inspections, maintaining a preventative maintenance program, and ensuring quality and satisfaction by following up with residents. The role also involves assisting the General Manager with financial management, including cost control and revenue improvement programs, and developing yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
