Role OverviewThe Assistant General Manager is the anchor of the team, working as a leader who sets the standard for customer service, supporting daily operations, assisting with training, spearheading equipment maintenance and studio readiness, managing inventory and supplies, and helping drive revenue through exceptional guest experiences.
What You Will Do
Deliver exceptional guest services, manage studio environment, oversee front-of-house and back-of-house readiness, maintain studio maintenance tracker, and support the General Manager with daily reporting, scheduling, and administrative communication.
