What You Will Do
As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be responsible for opening/closing the store, maintaining a clean and safe environment, overseeing cash handling and POS procedures, and leading by example using J Team Service Standards.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.)
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
- Clear communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
