Job Description
Green Thumb is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary in Crystal River, Florida. The role supports and manages a diverse team in driving results and delivering memorable, positive consumer experiences.

Requirements

  • At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations
  • Cannabis experience preferred
  • Inventory control experience preferred
  • Must have reliable, responsible and dependable attendance
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must pass any and all required background checks
  • Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
  • Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb
  • Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules and regulations and passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws
