What You Will Do
Drive revenue in Simulator Rentals, Food and Beverage Sales and League sales, manage the onboarding and continued education of new hires, and maintain an understanding of the P&L of the location.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hospitality management experience, strong leadership ability, and the ability to think on their feet and manage customer expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hospitality management experience
- Recent experience as Assistant General Manager or General Manager
- Strong leadership ability
- Exemplary communication, time management and organization skills
- Upbeat energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to think on your feet and manage customer expectations
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time and maneuver up and down stairs
- Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location
