Role OverviewThe Senior Chef is a position for those preparing to be future Piada Partners in our organization. In this role you will learn the overall responsibilities of a Piada Partner and run the overall restaurant under the guidance of the Partner. The Sr. Chef is also responsible for the food, feel, and flow of the restaurant.
What You Will Do
Lead the restaurant as a member of the restaurant leadership team, manage impact to the restaurant’s overall margins, give our Guests an experience from the heart by thoughtfully cooking and preparing our ingredients, and follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.

Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must have the ability to work with assorted kitchen equipment and utensils
- Able to work in hot or cold temperatures
- Able to clearly hear and communicate in a kitchen environment
