Role OverviewThe Assistant Grocery Manager will supervise and ensure that Lowes Foods guest service, merchandising programs, and departmental operations are maintained in the grocery department to achieve maximum sales. The role requires a friendly and outgoing personality, ability to work well with others, and ability to supervise people.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring guests receive polite, friendly service, achieving budgeted sales, maintaining desired level of inventory, operating the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines, and performing product stocking and guest service as necessary.
