Role OverviewThe Assistant Growth Officer supports the Growth Department in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities within the government contracting market. This role provides critical operational and analytical support across pipeline management, market research, proposal coordination, and client engagement activities.
What You Will Do
Maintain and update the company's opportunity pipeline (CRM) with accurate data on active pursuits, stage gates, and forecasted award values. Monitor government procurement platforms to identify new solicitations and forecasted opportunities aligned with company capabilities. Support pipeline reviews and prepare status reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership and Growth Department meetings.

Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in business development, capture, proposal support, or a related role in a government contracting environment
- Familiarity with the federal procurement process, including FAR basics, RFP/RFI structures, and common contract vehicles (GSA Schedules, GWACs, IDIQs).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, small-team environment
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain the level of security clearance required by contract
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with a CRM platform and/or GovWin IQ is a plus
