Job Description
The Assistant Guest Relations Manager will assist in directing, planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of all front office operational areas, including Guest Services, PBX, Transportation and Bell Staff.
Requirements
Front office operations experience
Knowledge of PMS systems
Microsoft Office skills
Exceptional people skills
Leadership and project management skills
Problem solving and guest problem resolution experience
