Job Description
The Assistant Guest Services Manager supports the daily operation of the Front Drive at The Lodge at Spruce Peak, ensuring exceptional guest service and upholding service standards. The role plays a key part in coaching associates and coordinating logistics to provide a positive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • 1-2 years of guest service experience in a hotel or resort environment
  • Previous supervisory experience in a guest-facing role (preferred)
  • Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to guest service excellence
  • Ability to remain flexible and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of driving both automatic and manual transmissions
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Property Management Systems (training available)
  • Familiarity with SMS, ADP, and Hyatt Rewards (asset)
