Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
  • 1-2 years of guest service experience in a hotel or resort environment
  • Previous supervisory experience in a guest-facing role
  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence
  • Ability to remain flexible, calm, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of driving both automatic and manual transmissions
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Property Management Systems
