Responsible for daily operations of Hotel Front Desk, including implementation and execution of proper check-in and checkout procedures, Guest account settlement, and in-house account balance maintenance.

Requirements

  • 2 years of Hotel/Front Desk experience
  • Prior management experience in Hotel Operations/Front Desk preferred
  • Knowledge of AS-400 and LMS operating systems is required
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience required
