Job Description
Responsible for daily operations of Hotel Front Desk, including implementation and execution of proper check-in and checkout procedures, and maintaining effective communication between Front Desk and other Hotel operation departments.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Hotel/Front Desk experience
Prior management experience in Hotel Operations/Front Desk
Ability to support and delegate duties
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
Knowledge of AS-400 and LMS operating systems
Microsoft Word and Excel experience
