The Assistant HR/IT Manager assists with onboarding new hires, supports HR/IT Manager with payroll preparation, and performs various administrative tasks to support departmental operations.

Requirements

  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Support payroll preparation and submission
  • Maintain OSHA logs and ensure workplace safety documentation
  • Manage and track claims related to workers' compensation and employee benefits
  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
