Role OverviewThe Assistant Human Resources Manager will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Office, including colleague relations, training and development, and payroll.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, colleague relations, training and development, colleague feedback, workers compensation, payroll, and recruiting.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of Human Resources experience
- Excellent organizational skills and relationship builder
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present and conduct needed trainings
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Taleo, EIS, and UKG preferred
