Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position's primary responsibility is to fulfill the company's mission statement and perform a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. The AIT will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
  • Anticipate and fulfill Guest's needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
