Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The role involves sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, as well as training and motivating teammates.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
  • Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest's needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
