Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement, creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for Guests. Responsibilities include sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, as well as training and motivating Teammates and acting as the Store Manager in their absence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, balance, and jump
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
