Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for Guests. The AIT performs a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, including cashiering, merchandise display, and training new Teammates.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
  • Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
