Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement by creating an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The AIT will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management and work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit new teammates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
