Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement, 'to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.' The AIT will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, as well as train and motivate Teammates, and act as the Store Manager in their absence.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
  • Anticipate and fulfill Guest's needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
