Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
  • Recommend and select merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales goals and consistently perform leadership actions
  • Recruit, train, and develop new teammates
  • Manage visual merchandise and ensure the sales floor is consistently sized and new freight is displayed
  • Work a flexible schedule and be available for mornings, evenings, and weekends
