Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and developing sales and motivating teammates. The AIT will also assist in training and motivating new teammates and act as the store manager in their absence.
