We are excited to open a brand new store at the Tanger Outlets Foley in Foley Alabama May 1st! The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement, “to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.”

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
