Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of creating an enjoyable shopping experience for guests, while performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly and engaging attitude
  • Recommend and select merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
