Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. AIT and Assistant Managers perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, including cashiering, merchandise display, and routine cleaning. They work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
  • Recommend and select merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour and average sales goals
  • Lead by example with a high level of showmanship and customer service
  • Recognize and communicate guest levels with the team
