Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the store's mission statement, creating a positive shopping experience for guests, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Comfortable in giving and receiving feedback from peers and Management
  • Supportive of Leadership
