Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement, providing legendary service to guests, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
