Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing various tasks assigned by store management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift 50lbs, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
