Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and training and motivating teammates.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Demonstrate product utilizing product knowledge and sales education
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Meet or above performance standards in all Buckle business builders and guest loyalty
