Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by creating an enjoyable shopping experience for guests, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and working directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals
  • Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service, and attentiveness
  • Develop skills and assist in leading, directing, motivating, and educating new Teammates
