Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement, 'to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.' The AIT and Assistant Manager will perform a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, including cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, and routine cleaning of facilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs.
