Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling the store's mission statement, generating sales, and providing legendary service to guests. Responsibilities include sales generation, guest service, teammate recruiting, training, and visual merchandise management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and teammates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
