Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position's primary responsibility is to fulfill the mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for guests. AITs perform a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management. The AIT position is a progression to the Assistant Manager position, which includes additional high-level duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related retail experience and/or training
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash and operate a point of sale system
