The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest's needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests and teammates
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals set by store management
