Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
  • Recommend and help locate merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales and sales goals set by store management
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store in top four areas: Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area
