Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement by creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for guests. This includes sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, as well as training and motivating teammates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
