Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position at Buckle is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing various tasks assigned by store management. The AIT will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs by suggesting additional items
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Investigate and navigate ways to expand guest selection
  • Lead by example with a high level of showmanship and customer service
