Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement, creating an enjoyable shopping experience for guests, and performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management. The role involves leading by example, providing legendary service, and working directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit new teammates.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store in top four areas: Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area
