Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement, creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests, and performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
