Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement and perform various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
