Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for guests. The role involves sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, as well as training and motivating teammates.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly and engaging attitude
  • Recommend and select merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
