Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position's primary responsibility is to fulfill the mission statement and perform a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management. The position requires leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for product education and showmanship.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Lead by example with a high level of showmanship and excellent customer service
  • Recognize and communicate Guest Levels with the Team
  • Coach and create relationships through Guest Loyalty and Guest Preferred
  • Develop skills and assist in leading, directing, motivating, and educating new Teammates
  • Maintain a positive attitude and create a positive floor culture
  • Demonstrate personal dress code and coach the latest fashion in all Teammates and Team Leaders
