Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store. AITs work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Recommend and select merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Meet or above performance standards in all Buckle business builders and guest loyalty
