Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position is responsible for fulfilling the store's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
  • Generate sales by recommending and selecting merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales goals and consistently perform leadership actions
  • Recruit, train, and develop new teammates to meet and achieve Buckle's accountability, shift orientation, and sales presentation standards
